Trials
Paid plans include a free trial (7 days for Pro, 14 days for Scale). You are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial from the billing page to avoid charges.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are unhappy with MailHook for any reason within 14 days of your first paid invoice, email support@mailhook.in and we will issue a full refund. Since Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, the refund is processed through their platform and appears on the same statement as the original charge.
This matches the guarantee listed in the pricing FAQ.
After 14 days
Refunds outside the money-back window are not guaranteed. We will consider pro-rated credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis when there is a clear service failure on our side.
Annual plans
For annual subscriptions, the 14-day window applies to the first annual payment. Renewals are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
Cancellations & invoices
You can cancel from the billing page in the dashboard or directly through the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal, where you can also download invoices, update payment methods, and change billing cycle. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
